Having completed the straightforward ordering process in our online store, the payment will be verified by the payment processor and the order confirmation e-mail will be sent once the payment has been confirmed.
In Estonia it is very easy to order our products. We simply send them via Itella SmartPost or Omniva parcel terminals and they arrive in a day or two. These methods are very reliable and used most often within Estonia to move items around.
Our customers from the North can receive their packages easily via the Posti package terminals. Just select this method in your shopping cart and choose the terminal closest to you.
Since we don't want to provide unreliable or ridiculously expensive shipping methods in our online store, we are step by step extending the choice of shipping options once the best and most suitable transport partners have been selected by our team.
If you are not from Estonia or Finland, just contact us and we will arrange the order for you - no problem!
Although we have so far not experienced any issues with the delivery, please understand that we use shipping partners and their behaviour is simply out of our direct control.
